Do my clients have to install an app?
No. They open your waitlist link, choose service and availability, drop their phone or email. When a match happens, they get a SMS or email with a confirm link. Nothing to install, nothing to log into.
What if multiple clients match the same slot?
The match goes out to them at once, and the first to tap "confirm" books it. Everyone else stays on the list with their place untouched — they're ready for the next match without rejoining.
How does Reven know when a slot opens up?
You mark the slot as free in Reven, or — when integrations land — your booking system tells Reven. The moment a slot is back on the calendar, Reven runs the match and pings the clients whose availability fits.
How long does someone stay on the waitlist?
You decide — a week, a month, until they confirm a booking. Clients can also remove themselves any time. Reven trims stale entries automatically so the list stays accurate, not a graveyard.
Does this work with Booksy, Altegio or my current booking app?
Reven Waitlist runs alongside your current booking system. We're not claiming integrations with specific platforms yet — early access is the moment to tell us which tools matter most so we can prioritise honestly.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is being finalised together with our early-access partners. Early-access businesses get the most favourable terms and help shape what the final plan looks like.
Will my clients feel spammed?
No. Matches only go out when a client's availability actually fits — and they choose whether to be notified by SMS or email. No mass-blasts, no "please come in we're empty" pleas.
