Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what data Reven (“we”) collects on getreven.app, why we collect it, and what rights you have. Short and concrete — no legal fog.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website is LoyaltyPlant Polska Sp. z o.o., Ksawerów 3, 02-656 Warsaw, Poland (NIP 5213875067), operating the Reven platform. Contact us anytime: hello@getreven.app.

What we collect

If you request a demo, we store what you enter: name, work email, phone number (optional), venue type, number of locations and your notes. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics also records pseudonymous usage data — pages viewed, language, approximate region and device type.

Why we use it

Form details are used solely to contact you about your request and prepare the demo. Analytics data shows us which markets and pages perform; it is processed only after you accept cookies.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Demo requests: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract. Analytics: Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Security logs: Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Who processes the data

Hosting: Netlify (EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with truncated IP addresses. Email notifications: our transactional email provider. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Demo requests: up to 24 months after our last contact. Analytics events: 14 months. Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw cookie consent at any time — just email hello@getreven.app. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

Cookies & consent

Google Analytics and Meta are loaded only when you enable the corresponding category. Selecting “Essential only” keeps both off. Your choice is saved on this device; you can change it through the consent link in the footer. Previous Google Analytics consent does not enable Meta.

Advertising measurement with Meta

When you enable advertising cookies, Meta Pixel can receive public page visits, successful demo-request events, page URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers. We use these events to measure and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising and build audiences. We do not include your name, email, phone number or form notes in these events. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. This optional processing is based on your consent. Meta may associate events with a Meta account and process them outside the EEA under its applicable safeguards. See Meta’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. Withdraw consent using the footer link to stop future events; this does not erase events already sent. LinkedIn tracking is not enabled.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the date above will be updated. Material changes will be announced on this page.
